My name is Daria, and I am a female photographer from South Wales, UK. 

I draw my inspiration from nature, fine art, mythology and, of course, women. In photography I am intrigued by presence — the quiet authority many women carry with certainty.

My work is rooted in a long tradition of romantic imagery, where landscape is not a backdrop but an emotional field. I am deeply interested in the relationship between feminine form and environment — softness against scale, stillness within movement, strength framed by open sky and textured earth. The landscapes of South Wales offer a powerful canvas: coastlines, rocks, shifting light, wind moving through fabric. These elements shape the portrait and create the atmosphere. 

I love working with women who are comfortable in their nature. My role is not to transform, but to refine — to guide with precision, to tune into posture, rhythm, breath, and subtle shifts in expression, and to distil what is already fully formed.

A portrait should not decorate or dramatise. It should simply reflect your true feminine essence. I will never ask you to perform, but will gently direct and guide you instead.

Sessions take place primarily outdoors, with indoor locations available when intimacy or atmosphere (or whimsical British weather) calls for it. I accept a limited number of commissions each month to preserve focus and artistic integrity.
